There is a sentiment I connect with that goes “You eat with your eyes before your mouth,” and it inspired me when crafting our Modern American menu. My main goal is to serve visually pleasing dishes with layers of flavor because the experience begins long before the first bite. I hope our food makes you smile and reminds you of somewhere comfortable and relaxing. I look forward to the opportunity to cook for you.”
LOCALLY SOURCED
At COSMOS, we take pride in sourcing high-quality ingredients from trusted local vendors who share our commitment to excellence and sustainability. Our lettuce is provided by Revol Greens in Owatonna, MN, grown with care in climate-controlled greenhouses. For cheese, we partner with renowned producers such as Caves of Faribault (Faribault, MN), Widmer Cheese Cellars (Theresa, WI), and Holland Family Cheese (Thorp, WI), each known for their artisanal craftsmanship. Our premium beef is sourced from Sakura Wagyu Farms in Westerville, Ohio, ensuring exceptional flavor and marbling. And for our bread, we turn to Denny’s Bakery in Bloomington, MN, whose fresh-baked goods add warmth and authenticity to every dish. These partnerships not only support regional economies but also help us deliver unforgettable culinary experiences.

Enter The Lofton Hotel through the main entrance on 1st Avenue North, between 6th and 7th Streets.
Proceed to the elevators and take one to the fourth floor.
Upon exiting the elevator, follow the signage to Cosmos Restaurant & Bar.

Plenty of downtown parking options are available for when you dine with us. There is ample street parking within walking distance, or multiple parking ramps as well: Mayo Clinic Square Parking Ramp below the building, or Ramp B connected by Skyway.
